A warm welcome: PGA induction days inspire Year 1 Trainees

This year the Home of Golf will host The 150th Open Championship at the Old Course, St Andrews, in what is sure to be an historic Open with record crowds.

Despite this being a sold-out event, we are pleased to advise that a daily allocation of tickets has been reserved by The R&A for PGA Members.

The number of available tickets per day is limited and will therefore be allocated on a first come first served basis.

Applications will be sent to PGA Members by email on Monday (14th March, 2022) with full details of how to apply.

As with previous years, these tickets are free of charge, however PGA Members will be required to pay for their ticket in advance at the time of application. Once your attendance has been verified, the cost of the tickets will be refunded to PGA Members following the event. If you do not attend, no refund will be issued.

PGA Members will only be able to purchase one ticket per day for use by yourself, tickets are not transferable and you will not be able to make changes to days you are attending once payment has been processed. Do not attempt to purchase tickets for other Members or Assistants, all tickets must be purchased directly by the individual attending the event. Please note there is no allocation for your guests.

The ability to purchase tickets will remain open until Friday 29th April, 2022 or until our daily allocation has sold out.

Any Member who purchases tickets must have access to a Smartphone on which they can download the app to view their ticket(s). The app will need to presented on entry to the event with your PGA Member card. Please note that there will be no paper tickets.

Further details regarding this will be sent to successful applicants nearer the time of the event.
