Entries are now open for the Legends Tour’s 2026 Qualifying School, taking place in January 2026 at the stunning Gloria Golf Resort in Belek, Turkey.

For anybody who has ever dreamed of testing their game against the very best on the European senior circuit, Q-School provides a truly unique opportunity to earn a place on the Legends Tour alongside Ryder Cup icons, Major champions and proven Tour winners.

Played across four rounds in Turkey, this is the chance for any eligible golfer over 50 to earn full playing rights for the Legends Tour, where they will tee it up against the likes of Colin Montgomerie, Ian Woosnam, José María Olazábal, Paul Lawrie, Michael Campbell and a host of household names.

Earlier this year, PGA Members Matt Cort and David Shacklady were both successful in securing Legends Tour cards for the 2025 season after impressive rounds at Q-School Final Stage.

Cort impressed throughout the year, making the cut in all five events he played, highlighted by a top-10 finish at the European Legends Cup hosted by José María Olazábal, and an outstanding top-three finish at the WINSTONgolf Senior Open 2025. Shacklady also showed strong form, making the cut in all but one event during the 2025 campaign.

Qualifying is open to all male professional golfers who are 50 years of age on or before July 31, 2026, as well as all male amateur golfers who are 50 years of age on or before July 31, 2026, with a handicap of one (1) or lower under the World Handicapping System adopted by the recognised authority controlling golf in the country from which they elect to enter. Spaces are limited, so early sign-up is recommended.

The 2026 Q-School will be a single stage – there is no longer a stage 1 or stage 2 – which starts on Saturday 17th January. The first two rounds will be played across both the Old and New Courses, with up to 84 players on each course per day.

After two rounds, the field will be cut to the top 72 players and ties. After the third round, the field will be cut to anyone within 10 shots of 4th place.

The top four finishers after round four earn full playing rights for the 2026 Legends Tour season, giving access to every tournament on the Legends Tour’s global schedule (excluding Senior Majors).

Each regular tournament on the 2026 schedule will have a guaranteed four Q-School spots available - if a player does not take up their spot, it will pass to the next player in Category 10. This playing category is made up of all those who finished in fifth place and below at 2026 Q-School, having made the cut and played in the final round.

Entry costs £800 and the deadline is 12:00 (midday) UK time on Monday 5th January 2026.

Entries can either be made online by clicking here.
