Our form has been further revised to provide for the extra time as allowed by Section 327(2)(a) of the Companies Act 2006. Deadline for receipt of proxy votes is now 3pm on 1 April 2025. Forms previously submitted, which do not specify the deadline date as 1 April, remain valid.
