A warm welcome: PGA induction days inspire Year 1 Trainees

Attendance at next year’s Regional Member Meetings can be added to your 2023/24 CPD journals as ‘professional activity’.

As CPD points are no longer awarded, Members will just need to input the amount of time spent at the meeting and write a short reflection about what they gained from attending.

  • The meetings are an opportunity for Members to find out about the future of your Association and put questions to PGA Chief Executive Robert Maxfield and the Senior Team.
  • This year’s meetings have been moved forward and begin in January, with the first event taking place in the North region at Hurlston Hall Golf Club on 10th January, 2024.
  • PGA Chairman Alan White will also be in attendance, along with Richard Barker (PGA Executive Director - Business Development), Tristan Crew (PGA Executive Director – Membership Services), Paul Wiseman (PGA Executive Director – Education) and Joe Kelly (Head of Membership Support).
  • Members will be able to use the Regional Member Meeting as a platform to put their questions to Maxfield and the senior team during the meeting or in a less formal setting over lunch.
