About the partnership

The PGA has worked with Air IT Group since 2017, building a trusted partnership that supports the Association’s day-to-day operations and long-term digital ambitions.

As one of the world’s oldest and most respected golf associations, The PGA represents more than 8,500 members across 80 countries. With technology playing an increasingly important role in how we support members, deliver services and operate as a modern organisation, it is essential that we have partners who understand both our business and our heritage.

Air IT Group has helped strengthen our cyber security, modernise core infrastructure and improve the resilience of our IT environment. More recently, the partnership has evolved to include strategic planning around automation, artificial intelligence and data management, helping us identify opportunities to work more efficiently and deliver greater value for members.

What makes the relationship particularly valuable is the continuity and understanding developed over many years. Air IT Group knows our people, our systems and the challenges we face, enabling them to provide practical advice and support as we continue to develop for the future.

“Our whole mission is to improve the personal and professional lives of our members and if we are going to do that successfully, technology is a key enabler. We are very aware that we need the right partners to help us in that journey. Air IT Group know our business, know our people, our history and our heritage. They are perfectly placed to help us on the next phase of our Journey and we are really excited about that.”
